Aftershave Balm
A good aftershave balm will also help you avoid the irritation that comes after you shave, and this is also a great thing since itching won’t even be a problem either. In other words, you need to have a good after shaving care technique, and why not? Try to apply this to your daily hygiene habits and see the amazing results that you can get, you won’t regret it. You can find more info at: http://www.bestaftershaveformen.com
Yoga and meditiation (reply): You make some very good points. Over the past 7 years as an Ashtanga teacher at A2 Yoga (used to be in different location; now it is off of Maple/Stadium). Yoga improvement is a slow, body-compassionate work out.
Reading yoga journal or other yoga -related articles can be both fun and enlightenment. If you ever have any insights in terms of how your body is reacting to practice, trust your instincts and know that you have a caring group of people around you always.
I hope you're having a good rest. You very much deserve it!
Namaste, Lindsay (feel free to contact me at:
